Ciao e benvenuti! I'm Marco, an Italian chemical engineer who somehow ended up in the U.S. My heart never left Italy though. I created Alfredo no more in 2024 as a way to share the flavors and stories of my homeland with fellow food and travel lovers. Whether it's a recipe straight from my kitchen, a fun fact about Italy's history and culture, or tales from my adventures in Italy and beyond, you're in for a treat. Every dish here is 100% made the Italian style: with love (and a dash of science - hey, I’m an engineer after all!).
